[~jaimin] - The fix that we had for AMBARI-13960 is only applicable to Docker
based build. We just bumped npm (2.1.11) and brunch (1.7.20). I believe it
should not impact regular build. I don't have a VM based dev envionment to
simulate but I have tested latest trunk code in Docker image and the build was
successful. To eliminate the doubt, we could revert AMBARI-13960 fix and rerun
the build. Would you be able to try this as I don't have VM based dev setup?
