Description: When cluster is setup with custom public-hostnames, MapReduce
service's quicklinks use internal hostnames. Due to this quick links dont work

# Setuped cluster with custom hostnames and with HTTPS enabled.

Result: "JobHistory UI", "JobHistory logs", "JobHistory JMX", "Thread Stacks"
quick links used internal hostnames instead external. All other quick links
work fine.)
