I've enabled SSL on a cluster and I get an alert for the History Server because
it's checking the old HTTP port and not the new HTTPS port.
This is similar to AMBARI-13355 in that the check test is a PORT test and not
WEB and only uses the HTTP port and not the HTTPS version.
