Resolution: Duplicate
Hi [~namishab],
This issue is most likely to be a duplicate of AMBARI-12133 which occurs when
hostname where Hive database is located is not a fqdn.
This issue was resolved in Ambari-2.1.1
Reopen this issue if you are hitting it on trunk or branch-2.2 bits
