Creating subtasks to do one service at a time with no impact to other services.
Tokens such as: stack version, current version, upgrade version, stack name,
stack directory, variables names... will be parameterized and distro-agnostic
at service definition level.
Renaming generic functions or script names such as: format_hdp_stack_version,
is_hdp_stack_greater_or_equal and hdp_select would affect to all the services
in common-services, so they will be renamed at the end once all services are
paremeterized.
