Fix For: trunk, 2.2.1
For optimal performance, PXF has to be co-located with NAMENODE and DATANODE.
Stack advisor takes care of recommending PXF to be placed on the same host
which has NAMENODE and/or DATANODE.
This JIRA would take care of the following scenario.
- A cluster with PXF service installed exists.
- NN HA is enabled - a new NAMENODE is installed on a host specified by the
user.
- If PXF does not exist on that host, install PXF component on that host
