Description:
Single node installation fails, below is the list of issues fixed.
1. Stack advisor: List index error - Due to which Next option is disabled on UI
while chosing master services
2. Stack advisor: List Index error - Consistency checks fails
3. During Review page, StandbyHost should not be pushed on single node clusters.

Error occured in stack advisor.
