Summary: Ranger : If configured audit store is 'solr', then

*Following implementation is required:*
1. if solr and db both are enabled in ambari (ranger audit tab) ==> audit
source type in advanced tab should be Solr, and audit_store value should be
'solr' in Ranger install.properties
2. if only solr is enabled in ambari (ranger audit tab) ==> audit source type
in advanced tab should be Solr, and audit_store value should be 'solr' in
Ranger install.properties
3. if only db is enabled in ambari (ranger audit tab) ==> audit source type in
advanced tab should be DB, and audit_store value should be 'db' in Ranger
install.properties
Ranger install.properties should be updated before Ambari starts Ranger
installation scripts.
