[~sumitmohanty] Could you help review it ? I only verify it on HDP 2.3, it
works. But this is for HDP 2.4, and I haven't verified it on HDP 2.4, since I
don't have HDP 2.4 repo. I think Spark in HDP 2.4 will inherit from that of
2.3, since stack HDP2.4 inherts from HDP2.3.
