On VM reboot, /var/run is re-created. But Ambari can't start w/o performing
these commands manually first to re-create the directories.
mkdir /var/run/ambari-agent
chown ambari_qa:root /var/run/ambari-agent
chmod 755 /var/run/ambari-agent
service ambari-agent start
