Description:
If user specifies large custom time range for graph, it has too many ticks.
This causes UI to hang while rendering the graph, and finally it becomes not
user-friendly.
Correct behaviour for preset time: large-preset-range.jpg
Incorrect behaviour for custom time: large-custom-range.jpg
