qiaojunlong updated AMBARI-14784:
---------------------------------
    Description:
The wizard is stuck in "Install, Start and Test". The progress indicators show
"0 % overall". The "Status" and "Message" of every host is "%0" and "Waiting".
I just want to restart all over, so I stop the ambari, run HostCleanup.py, and
remove /var/{run,lib}/ambari*,
and then reinstall and restart the ambari. But when I refresh the reinstall
wizard, it jumps to "Install, Start and Test" directly, no chance to start from
the beginning, and I don't know why.
