**Steps:**
* Install HDP 2.3.4.0 cluster with Ambari 2.2.1 with customized service users
* Perform Express Upgrade to Derg build 2.4.0.0-128
* Observe the status of STS component
**Result:**
STS shows down on all hosts
I tried to find some errors in the log but nothing much in /var/log/spark
directory on the hosts to indicate what could be wrong
Writing this as a new Jira because my impression was that this test was
failing earlier due to which is now fixed)
