Description:
Ambari should disable custom commands on Host Component page when they are set
to disabled on Services page or on some condition.
Example: Ambari should disable (grey out) the HAWQ Immediate Stop Cluster
option if HAWQ Master is in stopped state as there is no use of triggering this
command when master is already stopped.
