Fix For: 2.4.0
We have 2 services YARN and MAPREDUCE which are interdependent. In this case
when user tries to remove YARN, Ambari requires MAPREDUCE to be deleted, when
user tries to remove MAPREDUCE Ambari requires YARN to be deleted.
In such cases both services should be removed
