I've seen this several times where adding a version through the Create Versions
page lags.
I click on the "Save" button, don't get a confirmation, and it actually does
end up saving the entity.
When I click on "Save" again, it shows an error that the version already
exists. I remember that before it used to show a confirmation and navigate back
to show all of the versions.
