Set all services to Auto-start ON by default for slave components only
(masters, user explicitly turns those on)
Show list of Services with status indicator "harvey balls" (all, some, none)
Click on each Service to show details to provide options to "Configure
Auto-Start" for that Service
On/off overall (service), on/off by component in that service
This covers only design implementation. API integration will be covered in
separate ticket
