PXF service check executes checks involving reading / writing data from HDFS,
HIVE and HBASE, thus PXF service check should be scheduled after service check
is executed for HDFS, HIVE and HBASE.
HAWQ service check now has another option to create external tables which uses
PXF, it ensures that HAWQ is able to pull data via PXF. Thus, HAWQ service
check should be executed after PXF service check.
