Value of parameter tez.history.logging.service.class
is defined as
org.apache.tez.dag.history.logging.ats.ATSV15HistoryLoggingService in
tez-site.xml, however there is ATSV15HistoryLoggingService class.
Class ATSHistoryLoggingService exists and after updating value to
org.apache.tez.dag.history.logging.ats.ATSHistoryLoggingService, tez based
applications runs successfully.
