Currently, when adding a new stack version, there is no way to add new sections
to an existing tab which is defined in the theme of the parent stack version
which is inherited via stack inheritance.
For e.g. if the parent has a default settings tab and you create a new version
of the stack, the theme,json for this version of the stack has no way to add a
new section to the default settings tab.
