Steps.
1. Open the file browser.
2. Create a folder with length of at least 256.
Actual

Folder is not created and error message is thrown on UI for same.
Expected
=====
The API used to create a folder shows the reason of failure. If we display the
reason it helps the user to identify the issue of failure.
