There are scenarios in ambari where stack advisor recommends configs for a
service depending on the existence of another service.
For example configs in multiple services are recommended to have different
values depending upon presence or absence of Ranger service. Same is true for
Kerberos and HDFS service.
Thus at time of deletion of such services, it is important to make a call to
recommendation endpoint and change configs of services that has config
dependencies on the service being deleted.
