AMBARI-15794 for Ambari 2.2.2

Ambari devs,

I'm planning to commit AMBARI-15794: HAWQ Segment Registration Status Alert
shows false alert, for Ambari 2.2.2.

This bug throws up a false alert for HAWQ and needs to be committed.
