## What changes were proposed in this pull request? This PR is built on top of #3311. In addition it replaces the not maintained PhantomJS for JS unit tests with headless Google Chrome. ## How was this patch tested? `ambari-web$ mvn clean verify ` runs fine on both Linux x86_64 and aarch64.
