Dear community members, I hope this email finds you all in good health. I would like to share some exciting news with you all. We have been testing Ambari 2.8 for quite some time now, and we have fixed all the related bugs, which have also been merged.
Based on this, I believe it is time to release an RC1 version for users to try out and provide feedback, so that we can further iterate on development. Currently, we have not received any feedback or votes. If there are any concerns regarding the release of this version that may affect your vote, please let us know so that we can discuss and resolve any issues, and not let the process be blocked. If we do not provide new versions for a long time, Ambari may face the risk of retiring again. Therefore, I hope we can all work together to make Ambari even better. Thank you all!
