   ## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
   
   ambari 2.8.0 does not support yarn timeline service v2 and registrydns. 
However, yarn ui2 is very user-friendly and has commonly used features. 
Therefore, we have integrated it.
   
   ## How was this patch tested?
   unit tests, manual tests
   
   after  integrated:
