Recently, we have observed that many users are facing issues and have questions but are unable to find a suitable platform to post them due to the temporary halt in registrations. As a result, they have been reaching out to me privately for assistance. To address this situation and to foster a more collaborative environment, I would like to propose enabling the Discussions module on our Ambari GitHub repository. This feature would provide a dedicated space for users to ask questions, share insights, and engage in discussions, thereby enhancing community participation and support. Enabling Discussions would not only help in organizing the queries and feedback more effectively but also encourage more users to contribute and share their knowledge, making our community more vibrant and resourceful. I kindly request the community's feedback on this proposal. If there is a consensus, we can proceed with enabling the Discussions module at the earliest convenience.
