Issue: [AMBARI-26641](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-26641) ## What changes were proposed in this pull request? Separate Ambari Server and Agent helper JDK 17 from the default stack service JDK. Add upgrade migration and setup validation, BIGTOP service/component overrides for pre-installed JDKs, actual host Java version validation, JDK-compatible GC settings, and updated classic and React installation/database workflows. ## How was this patch tested? Passed git diff, XML, Python, classic JavaScript, React TypeScript, and focused React lint static checks. In the JDK 17 build container, 6 focused Ambari Agent Python tests and 10 focused Ambari Server/setup/upgrade/host-check Python tests passed. Java, browser test, and local deploy verification are still in progress. ```shell Focused Python unittest commands in a JDK 17 local build container ``` Windows behavior is intentionally outside this change.
