## What changes were proposed in this pull request? This fixes native local-package installation failures found in both ordinary BIGTOP clusters and standalone services activated through the Mpack Store. The installer now preserves required validation while accepting declared optional stack values and significant file-template whitespace. It combines available and registered version definitions, sorts using version fields rather than persistent IDs, resolves dotted version keys literally, creates clusters with the stack name/version identity, restores manual-registration recovery without an unused SSH key, and does not require HDFS for standalone stacks. Initial cluster host components are registered before configuration publication. The server accepts a missing previous cluster cache only for initial publication while rejecting missing authoritative or malformed data. Service checks without declared role-command ordering wait for their own service daemon starts while preserving explicit, transitive, client, and foreign-component boundaries. Existing Sass deprecation and chunk-size warnings remain. - Focused `TestServiceAdvisor.py`: 5 passed. - Focused `TestHdfsBigtop.py`: 64 passed. - JUnitCore `ConfigHelperInitialClusterTest` and `RoleCommandOrderServiceCheckTest`: 8 passed using existing runtime dependencies and incrementally compiled JDK 17 classes. - `git diff --check origin/trunk...HEAD`: passed. - Live local-package acceptance completed an ordinary three-host cluster, a standalone PostgreSQL Mpack cluster, and a second isolated three-host cluster. Structured API observations verified exact request/task completion, healthy hosts, started services, and disjoint host ownership. The full project suite was not run. The focused Java run used existing binary runtime dependencies rather than a full Maven build.
