Upstream Jenkins [build #1](https://ci-hadoop.apache.org/job/Ambari/job/Ambari-PreCommit-GitHub-PR/job/PR-4257/1/console) failed before tests during Maven project loading in the Ruff stage. It rejects duplicate `com.fasterxml.jackson.core:jackson-core` declarations in `ambari-server/pom.xml` (lines 1522 and 1776), using `${fasterxml.jackson.version}` and `${fasterxml.jackson.databind.version}` respectively. Both declarations are already present in target base `3af039bb07e9d4b2f5ce01949e129233db7e1f1f`; this PR has no changes to that POM. The remaining CI stages were skipped.
