Since the discussion email was sent, no objections or additional requirements for Hadoop 2 in mixed-format connectors have been raised, and the responses so far have been in favor of Option 2 — discontinuing Hadoop 2 support across Amoro in the next release. Per our process, I suggest we move this discussion to a formal [VOTE] email to make the decision official.
