I would like to propose changing the package scope from @annotator to @apache-annotator. I believe this has two advantages:
- Consistent branding that I believe aligns well with the distribution guidelines [1] - Alignment with prior art from the Apache Arrow project [2] If there are no objections I will make the change later this week.
