Hello! I've been lurking here a while, so now to pop in! I came across [elucidate](https://github.com/dlcs/elucidate-server) via the [w3c's implementation test results](https://w3c.github.io/test-results/annotation-protocol/all.html). It could be a short to medium term storage solution.
