The errors I get are definitely specific to my environment...and despite trying on the Linux Subsystem for Windows...I still face errors... I'll continue to try to run `make check`, but sadly it doesn't look like I can authoritatively give a +1...not because I have concerns/issues...but because Windows. ;-P Sorry folks...more soon, hopefully.
