Is this from CVS HEAD? Looks like the bug Nico's patch was supposed to fix (i.e. <http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs/ant/src/main/org/apache/tools/ant/taskdefs/Zip.java.diff?r1=1.97&r2=1.98>). But then again Nico reported he still had problems with the test and he's using Windows AFAIK. Needless to say it passes on my machines (Linux, MacOS X and Solaris) and seems to pass in Gump (running on Linux and Solaris) as well. Stefan
