Hello,

I wrote a new external task which adds the possibility to use
W3C's XInclusions.

The implementation is based on Elliotte Rusty Harolds XInclude
implementation which is released under LGPL license.

It would be great if you add my task to the list of Ant's external
Tools and Tasks.
