We originally got e-mailed... what happened?
In this case, what it appears to be is where logic was added to the main build file to conditionally compile the new scp stuff and the build file in the proposal/xdocs needs the corresponding change. I'll take care of this at some point after I dig out from my pile of e-mails after being mostly offline for a week.
