Don't use resource when you are looking for a file, there is a difference 
between
those attributes (resources searches in your CLASSPATH).  Please see the manual
of the property task for more details.

BTW, there is no reason to use ${file.separator}, Ant will get it right
automatically, no matter whether you use / or \.
