I almost never create bugzilla entries for bugs I find myself -
neither do I for bug reports received by email.

I do for anything where the fix wont be complete in one go, or when
there is a gap between finding bug and the fix -a kind of todo list
where anyone else has the right to check off the item. Also it is, as
Magesh points out, good software engineering process.
