The late fix to DotnetCompile doesnt seem to break C# apps.
But it does stamp on vbc, which clearly does not have the autoreferencing feature of C#. Which makes me feel midly guilty, though of course we havent shipped vbc, so havent broken shipping product.
I've patched the test that catches it, wsdltodotnet, with reference parameters -interesting that you need to put ',' as the seperator in VB; but ';' in C#...we could do something to fix that if we cared.
