With <exec executable="pwd" dir="/Users"/> I get the expected /Users output (10.2.8, but I wouldnt expect a difference here). If I set vmlauncher to false, I get my current working directory which is obviously wrong. Ah, I see, you try to use a relative path to dir in your executable.
