contributions to ant are generally welcome, but ant tasks connected to bugzilla are specific. Your code should go to a specific bugzilla-ant project or to bugzilla itself, rather than ant. ant would at the moment mostly welcome contributions fixing bugs to its existing tasks, or enriching the general framework.
