Definer could load all antlibs matching a resource path

This was something that I was thinking of doing in the
1.7 timeframe, but it was an oversight..
The change
could/would affect <taskdef/typedef resource="x" /> as
this is the mechanism that does the loading. This would
affect current scripts that use resources to load in
definitions (this is most likely a good thing).

It may be a useful thing to do now for 1.6.
