On my computer I get another failure:
Testcase: testAntlibResource(org.apache.tools.ant.taskdefs.AntlibTest): Caused an ERROR
Could not create task or type of type: mytask2.

Hopefully the failures are more due to cygwin or to misconfigurations rather than anything else. Looks like there are some details to be checked.
