checkstyle-frames.xsl formerly in etc/ in now in etc/checkstyle in Ant 1.6.
This will break all scripts that explicitly reference this file thru ${ant.home} for example.
It is also inconsistent with junit and jdepend which do not have a directory of their own.
Why this change, instead of simply adding the 2 new checkstyle stylesheets to etc/ ???
