Now that we use ~/.ant/lib shouldn't we move ~/.antrc into ~/.ant as well? Maybe the wrapper script should check for ~/.ant/ant.conf and ignore ~/.antrc if it exists. As an additional step Ant may offer to move a ~/.antrc file, this is what the XEmacs folks did when the moved the contents of ~/.emacs to ~/.xemacs/init.el and ~/.xemacs/custom.el.
