manifest task munges classpath entries

You write 'place the class-path entry on all one line (yes, against the 
spec), and then repackage'... But this is not against the SPEC. The SPEC 
dictates how the manifest looks like inside the JAR. When you repackage
as you write, the JDK's jar.exe is generating the Manifest inside the JAR
according to SPEC.

The fact that the input file has everything on the same line is irrelevant.
