<javadoc> tag cannot suppress xdoclet tags with hyphens or colons

I did use a dot, not a colon.  For reasons this is happening, see this document:

The problem does occur on the command line argument, so it's either a bug in
Javadoc, or a bug in the names used by Xdoclet.  Annoying.
