It is just convenient to use comma – I do not have to type more than usual to have "noredo" functionality, but maybe there can be (or will be) a way to configure ANT to make the option default. I also have not seen any build scripts that have commas in the target names. One would be able to run those targets in a very limited number of situations (command line, for example).
