Matthew -we keep bugreps open till the patch is applied; fixed means the code is fixed, not that we have a patch in it. I take your point about sorting, it was me that added the feature for the XML one. I think it was laziness that stopped me doing the same for the normal list. We were handing the output to the os, and didnt want to redo it. One issue: you say that part of the patch is copied from java.util.properties.
